Developing AI design tools for real estate developers

Concept Studio is URW's design entity, which defines the architectural ambition and quality of retail and mixed-use projects. Working intensively on feasibility studies during the pre-development phase, we needed AI tools to reduce the time-to-market of these studies and submit them for validation at the MB level in an efficient and agile way.

Not finding such a tool on the market, we developed it with FATER AI, a startup initially specialized in AI-controlled image generation, which now targets the entire real estate value chain.
